============================
In my opinion nothing really surprises me, just the September banlist balancing the game out for a good few months just in time for asia plus. The only thing that had me questioning "does it even matter" was the Tsukuyomi and to a lesser extent, Evigishki Gustkraken.
Although Gustkraken is probably to prevent Hieratics from being mixed with Gishki/Ritua's to provide another alternative as well as preventing first turn hand drops lol.
Tsukuyomi on the other hand, is quite interesting due to the fact that it's a walking Book of Moon, and to some extent, a weaker version of Maestroke.
Okay.. So just my two cents worth, it's safe to say that Inzektors will definitely won't be that overpowered "kill me this turn or get OTKed next turn" deck everyone dreads to see anymore, but will probably have die-hard fans trying to revive it with a beatdown strategy with Giga-Mantis and Zect-Caliber.

I have to admit this list is quite decent, nothing too biased against a certain deck or anything, Hieratics and Chaos Dragons got part of their main engine hit, REDMD together with Chaos Sorcerer(Chaos Dragons)/Hieratic Seal of Convocation(Hieratic) which is enough to slow them down but not enough to render the deck entirely useless. Heroes on the other hand, not being incredibly broken took a small hit by having 1 less Emergency call and for the Arrive build, 1 less A Hero Lives, which is decent IMO. Counting 1 less Pot also decreases consistency by a very small amount but doesn't exactly take away their disruption tactics.
Rabbits also took a small hit having 1 less Rabbit, 1 less Pot and 1 less Tour Guide (TCG builds) is enough to balance out the deck without giving it a big nerf since it isn't exactly a Tier 1 deck, but we will definitely see lesser opening rate of Rabbit --> Lagia --> 5 backrow and ending. Having Tour Guide at 2 and Zenmaighty at 1 will also make the Wind-Up hand destruction loop seemingly near impossible to pull off unless you're going first and draw a godly opening hand.
Agent of Mystery - Earth, Spore, Kalut and Debris Dragon returning will also guarantee us seeing more Agent variants, Junk Doppel and possibly Whirlwind BF decks coming back, although all 3 decks uses Brionac as a situational removal card, which has sadly been banned, meaning both decks which utilizes both Ice Dragons will have less options.
Other than that, E-Tele back at 3 will make Teleport Agents somewhat possible and the small revival of synchro-reliant decks. Mirror force at 2 will make beatdown decks more cautious as well as promote the use of main decking Starlight Road.
That's all I have to say about the banlist, it's definitely going to be a better format than the previous one like all September banlists being better than the March ones.
We'll just have to wait and see as the meta unfolds itself.
