Here's another XYZ ruling post.

So I woke up this morning, with amazing news that the TCG is now going to follow the OCG ruling. I have two words - HELL YEAH!

This means, that no more Tour Guide into Sangan stunts and generating crazy advantage beginning with one card.

This means, that Yu-Gi-Oh TCG and OCG are united as a card game again!

This means, that the price of Tour Guide will drop!

This means, that some hero stepped up and changed the rulings.

This means, although I'm in the OCG, on behalf of every Yu-Gi-Oh player, thank you. :D
