You can send 1 face-up Spell or Trap Card you control to the Graveyard. Target 1 Level 4 or lower Insect-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Defense Position. The effect of "Kabutron" can only be activated once per turn.

The effect's somewhere about there.
Support for Inzecters. Searchable by Summoner Monk, helps Centipede/Dragonfly trigger their effects, for even more Centipedes/Dragonflies.
Maybe 1 as tech. Not sure if this will even see play. But it's plausible I guess.
